GROUND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST WORKSHOP

This is a full day workshop that will focus on Vehicle Safety, Job Planning & Preparation, Working Safely & Efficiently, Brush Chipper Operation & Maintenance, Preventing “Struck-Bys”, and more.

Accidents involving brush chippers are a significant concern for tree care Keep ground workers motivated and trained by giving them an industry credential. This will help companies verify, according to OSHA and ANSI Z133.1 guidelines, that they have given safety training to all your employees according to their job descriptions.

It also helps to verify that employees understand basic safety concepts required to work on the ground during tree care operations, and are qualified to work as ground workers.

Robert Mead, owner of Mead Tree & Turf Care will be the instructor for this workshop.

Lunch will be provided by a local catering company.
